Your 'Student ID Number' is your Edinburgh Napier number.
Please note your Edinburgh Napier Number will be displayed on any direct communication from Edinburgh Napier University. This number is unrelated to your UCAS Number. If you are unable to find your Edinburgh Napier Number please contact Admissions on +44 (0)131 455 2883 for Undergraduate Students and +44(0)131 455 2878 for Postgraduate Students.
Before you register:
* You REQUIRE an unconditional offer you have firmly accepted to be able to register and apply for student accommodation
* Returning students are not eligible to apply for student accommodation after their first academic year
* Please DO NOT submit an application form until you are in a financial position to make the £500 advance rent payment
* Attendance on campus for classes varies by programme of study with timetables released near the start of trimester – on average students have classes on campus two to three days per week. Whilst you may not be required in classes every day, living in our accommodation gives you a great opportunity to live in the city centre, engage in student activities and use our libraries and computing facilities for self-directed study. We will not be able to release you from your tenancy agreement early based on your timetable so please be aware of this before signing up
Only once you have registered can you then Log in. Existing users please log in below using your Edinburgh Napier number as your Username:

Before you log in/apply:
* Please note we only accept debit/credit card payments via this online application system. No other forms of payment are accepted in order to secure your offer of student accommodation eg Epay or Bank Transfer. Please contact accommodation@napier.ac.uk to discuss further.
* If you are from a care experienced background or have a disability that will affect your accommodation eg Mobility/ASD/Deaf/Blind please contact the Allocation Team ASAP and we can pre-reserve suitable accommodation if applicable
* We are processing a high number of applications and will only make one offer per student and re-allocation is rarely possible. It is therefore recommended that students and parents make us aware of any requirements prior to submitting an application form and strongly recommend checking our website to find out more about our accommodation before choosing preferred accommodation blocks/sites/types.
